25 yrs ago a good friend worked with me to create this wonderful sauce! over the years,the recipe has not changed but the quality of the ingredients sure did!

My favorite time of the day is when I am in a kitchen cooking for friends and hearing them question if I was the one who made these fabulous disshes!

There was a time when I would show up and let people try it!
